Here at Sarasota, Christmas comes almost immediately after Halloween. Our office and our show homes become a festive wonderland, thanks to our staging team! Browse our photos for decorating inspiration and come check out our show homes to see the magic for yourself.

Classic Christmas

  • Festive colors: Red and green are classic holiday colors and can be tied into most spaces as long as it is not overwhelming! Keep it simple. Blue and white is another combination that works well to create a winter wonderland.
  • Picture frames: Change up your frames for the season by swapping your pictures for christmas wrapping paper or prints.
  • Chalk wall: A wall of chalk paint comes in handy for special occasions! We went with a festive jingle bells theme for our chalk wall in the office.

Holiday Glamour

  • Gold, gold, and more gold: Make your home feel ultra glam with accents of gold throughout. Gold and white will match any color scheme, and feel super festive!
  • Less is more: Choose statement pieces of your home to add decor to, but keep it simple. Above the fireplace here, the greenery adds warmth without competing with neutral gold and white.
  • Accents: It is so easy to swap out things like pillows, small decor items, and blankets according to the season. Tabletops, countertops, shelves; everything can be transformed into festive fun! Homesense and Michaels have some great budget finds.

Rustic Holidays

  • Greenery: The more Christmas trees you have in your house, the better! Trees such as Norfolk Island Pine can be kept in small pots, so you can have mini Christmas trees all over your home.
  • Outdoor Elements: Bring the outdoors in with accents such as logs, wood features, and woodland creatures. It helps to create a cozy, sitting-by-the-fire-pit type of atmosphere.
  • Dark Accents: The light walls here make darker colored accents stand out without making the space feel too dark.
