It's Almost Time to Launch Cobalt Beach!
The opening of our newest development, Cobalt Beach Townhomes, is just around the corner. We can hardly contain our excitement and wanted to give everyone a quick sneak peek before the show homes officially open! Our opening weekend will be on September 23rd from 12-5PMpm – come check us out! We are so ready to show you all of our hard work.
There will be four homes to browse through, each with a distinct style, and floorplan options ranging from 1250 to 1800 square feet to suit various different needs. There are also options for single, double, or tandem garages. With over 60 upgrades already included and exclusive access to the lake, owning one of these townhomes will be a hard opportunity to pass up! There are already a few sold, and we think the rest will go fast… So don’t hesitate to come chat with any of our sales staff in our show homes to find out how you can be one of the lucky owners!
We thought it would be fun to create a personality and background story for each unit, to help visualise the design and bring everything together. We love storytelling! Each week we will take you through a different unit. Today’s post is all about “The Chuck!”
The Chuck
Chuck is a handsome bachelor who loves all things shiny and expensive. He adores women; but can’t seem to ever commit to any of them. The ladies love him right back, and twelve years ago one of these ladies gave him a son! Chuck Jr. is a spitting image of his father, and loves spending time in his cool room with a concrete wall at his cool dad’s house. If you asked Chuck to describe himself using four things, he would answer with leather, whiskey, meat, and good times. Although he loves to party, he is very educated and could confidently answer any political or scientific question you asked him. He is a talented musician, and has a guitar collection anyone would be envious of. Refined, fashionable, and the life of the party, Chuck is one of those people you would love to have in your life. Will he ever settle down? Probably not, but we have a feeling that he has a thing for his neighbor Vanessa. Check the next post for her story!
